Buying items
Love something & want to keep it forever? Buy it.
You can buy any item we have. As we're a circular business some items you buy may be ex-rental (just think of them as preloved). But, if it's not quite your perfect match, no worries! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days (minus shipping and any restocking fees).
FYI: Any items you buy with rentals will arrive on the same date as your rentals.

How do I get in contact?

Why can't I choose a future date?
On Hirestreet, everything you see is available to book now. If you order today, you get to keep your items for the next 21 days.
This gives you plenty of time to receive your items, try them on and get excited ahead of your event/s!
If your event is happening within the next month, place your order today. If your event is in a few months time, add your favourite styles to your Saved Items. Come back the month before the event to place your rental order.
Can I buy my rental?
If you love your rental so much you would like to buy it, please let us know by filling out this short form and we can check if this is available for sale.
Do I need to clean my rentals before returning?
There's no need to wash or launder your outfits before returning - we do that for you!
